Get clear on where your energy is going.
Put it back where it belongs.

Plus a mind that feel lighter, calmer, & confident.

Step 1 — Awareness.

Pull out a piece of paper and your calendar.

Review the last 7 days (optional: 14-30 days)

  1. List everything you've done in the last 7 days. And how much time you spent on it.

  2. List out the thoughts that dominated your mind in the last 7 days.

Don't organize it. Don't judge it.

Just list it & put it aside. You'll come back to it on Day 3.


Step 2 — Alignment.

Pull out a new piece of paper.

Write out everything that matters in your life.

Then circle the top 3.

Not 6. Not 10. Just 3.

Step 3 — Assessment

Put the lists from Step 1 & Step 2 side by side.

Look at the Top 3 circled on Step 2.

Now circle everything on Step 1 that aligns with those 3.

Next, Quantify it:

Take the # of items you circled on Step 1 & divide it by the total number of items you wrote.

That number is your percent of Alignment.


Step 4 — Adjustment

Take out a new paper. Write your top 3.

Under each one write:

  • 1-3 daily actions

  • 1-3 weekly actions

Make them small. Make them repeatable.

Then schedule them. Put them on a calendar.

Day, Time, Location.


Step 5 — Action

Close the gap.

  • The 3 pillars that matter most in your life

  • The small, repeatable actions that put your energy back where it belongs

  • The schedule to execute them.

Now go follow through.

And at the end of the day tomorrow come back.
