Step 2 — What Happened? (1 min)
What actually happened today?
List:
• what you did (and time doing it)
• what you thought about most
No filtering. No judging.
Step 3 — See it. (1 min)
Look at your ‘What Happened’ list.
Now look at your Top 3.
Circle the ‘What Happened’ actions
that moved your Top 3.
Everything else = the gap.
Just see it.
Step 4 — Check (30 sec)
Where are you?
Are you:
• Stuck → didn’t move what mattered
• Off → moved, but not in the right direction
Choose one.
Step 5 — Adjustment (1 min)
Act accordingly.
If Stuck → move
• make tomorrow’s action smaller
• remove friction
If Off → adjust
• cut one misaligned action
• replace it with one aligned action
Step 6 — Action (30 sec)
Set tomorrow in motion.
Write one action:

Make it:
• small
• specific
• scheduled
Then do it first.
